Do I have to burn all my recommended calories for the day to loose my 1 pound a day?0

First off losing a pound a day is not safe!! They recomended lose is 1 pound a week and I think it will allow upto 2 a week. Assuming you meant 1 pound per week, this program is deisgned that if you stay under the calories for the day you should lose the desired one pound, (selected), weight each week. When you exercise those calories will be added to your daily total, (i.e. more you can eat). I also suggest you seek out friends to encourage you on your journey.
