Cycle Class Effects

My teething 10 month old twins decided 4 am was a good time to wake me up this morning. While rocking them back to sleep, I debated whether to try an sleep for another hour and a half or go to the gym. So I made a deal with myself....If there are no fitness classes early enough for me to make it to work on time, back to bed. Mind you, this is knowing very well when I checked the schedule 3 weeks ago the only class offered before 9am was on Monday's. Low and behold, this week they added back in a 5:30 am Cycle class. (Simultaneous yay and damnit racing through my head).
It is a pain in the butt...quite literally!!! Sitting on my cushy office chair is painful! I know this will get better as become more accustomed to the seats. So thank you exercise gods for an unexpected workout this morning.

Good for you! I wear the padded cycling shorts, they help a lot with the butt pain.0
