To all my fitness pros,
I need your help! I signed up for some groupon classes (20 classes). I am supposed to pick one of these (Kickboxing, Box-R-cise, Elite Crossfit). Any advice on what would be good to lose inches ?
About me and my current fitness routine:
Basically, I want to lose my muffin top (2-3 inches), arm wings and shrink my inner thighs. I don't look flabby but these areas look big/huge! I am 20lbs overweight for my 5ft 5" frame and in the process of losing it and it is taking forever. I am currently cutting out the carbs. My carb sources are from vegetables.
So far, I have been doing .. Zumba, U-Jam (it is like zumba), Elliptical, Jog (C25K), Weight training (gym using Squat press, leg press, Tricep/bicep machine. Example - To give you an idea of the weights I use... 90lbs on a leg and squat press machine).
I don't see much improvement in my problem areas. So, want to try something new. Please help me pick..
