Hummus

Just made some hummus using low fat Greek yoghurt instead of olive oil and tahini
Can of chick peas
Half lemon peeled
2 cloves of garlic roasted if you can be bothered. I microwaved mine!
Half cup of LF yog. I make my own using EasiYo low fat Greek
Half teaspoon cumin and salt to taste
Whiz it up well
Add a little of the chick pea liquid if its too gloopy
Makes 2 good portions and good alternative with some veggies

Ok it's not as good without the oil but it makes a pretty good low cal alternative
