And yet another! :)

I actually joined my fitness pal back in the summer but did not keep up. I was also using other tracking mechanisims and couldn't keep up with everything. But I have determined that this is the best site and would like to make some friends. Guess you could call me a senior member since I'm 60!!!! Don't feel like it though and although this account shows me as losing around 25 pounds I've actually lost 60 and getting close to 70 lbs. Used to take several medications and am now down to just two. One is for thyroid which I will always have to take and the other is a blood pressure pill which my doctor plans to start backing me off of at my next visit at the end of February.

So let me say I'm glad to be a member of my fitness pal. Once again I would like to make a few friends to help keep me inspired and also want to help others be inspired. You just feel soooooooo much better.:happy:
