Hello, I am a 62 year old guy, work out every day---2-3 times a week 30 minutes of weight training and 4 times a week minimum some sort of aerobic--ellipital, treadmill, rower, inline skating or aerbic tape...

Not that worried about weight- as the scale tends to make me insane, so I judge my weight by how my belt feels, but I guess I should get on the scale.
I want to mainly maintain, but would not mind losing a few pounds --

    I have been using this site for a year now, and it is a great tool for looking at exactly what you are eating and how you are exercising. I recommend this site to anyone who is concerned about consistency and support.
