    In my opinion, for people who've never tried it before, frying it up crispy and serving with an orange or peanut sauce is an easy way to test the water. I prefer mine baked til crispy and served with a nice spicy szechuan sauce. :)

    I hate tofu. No matter what I do to it, I have just never been a fan. I do bean burgers and 3 grain tempeh. If your not a fan but still want the protein, you can add silken tofu to a smoothie.
