    Hey Canadians!
    Had an extremely crappy week last week, but I got through it. I want to thank everyone for their kind words and support. I really do appreciate all the messages!! Thanks Cyndi!:wink: The myfitness community has been so good to me!:flowerforyou: :happy:
    Weigh in today: 135.6lbs. So wayyyyy better than last week. I think the stress had gotten to me and my weight showed it last week. Life continues.
    AND I wanted to let everyone know that I have decided to run a half marathon at the end of May!!! I have started training already and I could use all the support I can get! I'll post somewhere else in the forum too and start a new thread for tips and stuff. My cousin in the states is running a half marathon also at the end of this month, so we are great support for each other!
    I wanted to let everyone know that I am VERY THANKFUL to those who have been positive through out this whole journey along the way, I have been on myfitnesspal for a year and a few months and it has changed my life for the better! Thank you for all your support!:bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    That's what I love about this site- it's so supportive. Last year I went thru a legal separation and it was tuff due to my ex having an affair but I knew all you would login every Wednesday so I knew I had something to look forward too- Again we are here for each other. Have a great week. I did expect more people back in January- I guess life got to busy... Go Canada Go!

    Sorry I haven't weighed in for the last two times. I will have to weigh myself next week. I have been on the bike everyday this week for 30mins and I plan to keep it up (400cals). I have really started to notice the difference in my legs at least!

    Yeah Jay!!! I know you can do, just take your time and you will do great.! :heart:
