Hi!! I've been lurking around for a while...

I'm about to take my diet more seriously than I have done in the past (I don't even log for weeks sometimes!) as I'm getting a little chunky and I hate it. I have extremely skinny arms and legs, yet a fat stomach and I'm starting to get boobs. It's a silly look!!



I'll also be looking to put on some muscle once I've dealt with the excess, so any advice anyone has with starting out with that would be awesome.

I'm in Southampton, and if anyone wants to add me for encouragement, feel free. I Think I'm going to need it.
