Back on track

Hi everyone,
I need a fresh new start and some friends to help me along this journey. In Aug 2011 I completely changes my eating habits and started exercising and in 4 months I lost my first 50 lbs...still have at least another 100 lbs to go. I did not starve myself but did do alot of exercise. I stopped exercising but kept my healthy eating habits somewhat and managed to keep the weight off. Lately I noticed a change in my clothes and weighed myself I was up about 8 lbs. I really really want to get back on track.
