This is where YOU come in! I started this journey 5 months ago. One month into it and my husband joined me. My primary focus was weight loss for he and I. But now after 5 months and 18 pounds gone I'm ready to add some friends. I need support and I like to be supportive of others as well. As proud as I am of my weight loss I'm very scared of putting the weight back on and I need motivators to continue rooting me on. Check out my profile.     Yes I truly find this website to be helpful. I enjoy reading the message boards. Many subjects are addressed and I feel like I've learned a lot these last few months. I realize that this is a lifestyle change and not just a diet. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey!
