In Need of a REALLY GOOD Ab Workout But Still Need Basics!!

Hi Everyone!
So I bought Laura Hudson's 10 Minute Pilates solution and Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo, but they're both too difficult for me so can anyone recommend a better alternative that's slow and easy to follow? I'd really appreciate it :)
