Am i eating Enough?...

So Im 5'5 223 lbs and i dont know if im doing it right? I do p90x 6 days a week and i was taking in 1700 cal. a day . When i workout, i burn about 400-700 cal. in a work out but im not droping weight? I eat portion size but try not to over do it ...no soda no McDonalds ect... Am i missing somrthing?
