No... don't force yourself to eat.

I think that not only do you and I struggle with this problem but alot of people do. I find that I am content with just around 900 calories a day which is not good I guess. When your full and your stomach is not asking for more you would assume that your doing well and not too push yourself to eat. I keep hearing though to always try your hardest to reach those calories becuase it keeps that metabolism going. Then when I work out it gives me and extra 600 calories! so Im struggling alot too don't worry your not the only one. Look in the past topics about meeting your calories there's some smart people out there! Thank God!0
