Hey guys, I accidentally pour a glass of water into a tub of creatine, I was sleepy and now it's caking and lumpy, would it affect its effectiveness? What if I try to dry it in the oven on very low heat, would it degrade it or something?
Thanks

I'd chuck it and buy a new tub. I got 120 servings of Creatine Monohydrate for $20 from The Vitamin Shoppe.

WOW that sucks. But is also really funny. Glad it wasn't me. I'd buy a new tub, creatine is pretty cheap these days

I was sleepy mate, holding the tub with my left hand and then turn on the tap and oh crap wtf
I'll just grab a new one later, $30 down the drain

HA... that sucks. But luckily creatine is one of the cheapest supplements. I use Optimum Nutrition's, only around $15.

Joking aside: I think you need to just buy a new container. Good luck!

If it solidifies, can you chip it of with a knife and have....crunchy-style creatine?

water will break it down to creatinine which can be toxic, please dont ingest. Go get a new cheap tub of it since it costs about the same as dirt

Funniest thread ever. On a serious note, water won't degrade the creatine. Just weigh out 5g of the creatine cake and remix it in water.
