Does anyone use YouTube cardio/aerobic workouts?

I'm a runner who is starting to add in aerobic/low impact cardio workouts to my fitness routine. However, I don't have money for classes or DVD's. As someone who's been around the YouTube community for a long time, I know that there are a TON of resources on the site. But, I'm not familiar with what necessarily constitutes a good cardio/aerobic workout.

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for good channels or links for specific workout videos.

Thanks!

I use a few videos from sparkpeople.com , and i do some zumba off of the japanese version of youtube http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMTA1NDI2MzEy.html. They have a variety of zumba vids on there, but, they do tend to lag in the morning.

@LoopyLaura11- I've seen a LOT of people talking about the 30 minute shred! I didn't know if it was available online or not.

@blu_meanie_ca- Never used sparkpeople. Will have to look into it.

    Thanks!

I have started using Youtube for workout videos. You can find a lot! I discovered fitness blender. They have a ton and lots of variety! You can also find jillian michaels dvd's on there.

YT has tons of great vids. I've been doing taebo, butt bible and other workouts that interest me. I also found the zumba on the foreign site. I wanted to try it out and see what the buzz is all about (Man it really works the thighs for me!)It's good for variety. Type in whatever you are interested in. You can create playlists for workouts you find interesting. Good luck and have fun.
