    When I was complaining of my my pants being tight when I was already thin(I had gained 5 pounds) a lady told me not to buy bigger pants. She said to just lose the weight and wear the same size all my life. I was a size 9 then. I wish I had listened to her. I'm now a size 18/16. I'm working to get back to my pervious weight. Don't ever let yourself do what I did.

    I don't have a goal weight. I have a goal body fat percentage of 16%, and when I hit that percentage, I will add calories and gain muscle which will cause weight gain even though I am still very lean.

    Anyway...

    I am currently 140 pounds.

    Last year at this time I was 137 pounds, but I also was wearing size 10's. I am wearing size 6's now.

    I don't bother using scale weight as a goal anymore.

    My goal weight is quite vague, though - I really don't care about my weight as much as I care about my body fat percentage. At the moment my body fat percentage is 30% or something like that, and it would be nice to get down to just over half of that...

    I'm technically 5'4 1/2 but I round up. :laugh:

    CW: 157-160 (I've fluctuated that much in just the last few days.)

    Sounds high but I have thick, muscular legs. Most people who see me in person are pretty shocked when they hear how much I really weigh.
