i'll be shocked if there's anyone out there in a similar position:

i've been at the low end of my lowest acceptible BMI almost all my life.
at times (such as lately) i tend toward nerve/stress-induced loss of appetite & undereating (NOT E.D.)
i'm too thin right now. been stressin a lot lately.
i MUST exercize every day to manage the chronic pain of my fibromyalgia.
taking a day off is not really an option. it's yoga/pilates every day and jogging almost every day or i'm being bad to myself.
i HAVEN'T been exercizing lately (but for the past week).
i also must watch my caloric intake to make sure i don't hurt myself any further.
