So I thought I had been logging my Quaker Oatmeal properly, turns out I was way off base. I was first off entering that I was having 3/4 of a cup of the oatmeal whch is not at all what I eat, I have 1/3 cup (anymore and I think I would burst at the seams).
Also I wasn't entering the right kind of oatmeal. I was entering a Quaker Heart Smart Serving oatmeal, which is not at all what I have. I have a 1k bag of Quaker Oats 100% Whole Grain Quaker Oats Quick - Cooks in 3-5 mins.

So OLD oatmeal entry: 3/4 cup Quaker Heart Smart Oatmeal = 225 cals <--wrong not what I was eating
NEW oatmeal entry: 1/3 cup Quaker 100% Whole Grain Quick 3-5minutes <-- right, what I've actually been eating.

Oh well who cares, I've added my oatmeal to the food log now so I should be able to find it again next time I eat it lol.

  • i always check with my product, since some of the foods are added by others, i always make sure, most of the time it is right. I did however did the same thing as you, i had a tortillia and entered the wrong tortillia, which at the time was bad since it ended up i could have had 2 when i really only had one :(.
