Bring a food scale out to a restaurant so you can make sure your calories are accurate?

noooooooo. if you're going to a restaurant in the first place , i consider that a treat and eat what I like ^-^0

I have a balance in my pocket most times anyway,0
-
No, I would LIKE to, but I would never actually do it LOL0

What are you, Bill Nye?0
-
Definitely not. I'm not even sure how much it would help as it's often what they cook things in and the sauces and stuff that make resturant meals so high cal (and delicious)0

I would love to do it, but I will never do it... Unless I'm doing a sociology project0
-
You are suppose to weigh the food before it is cooked so it would not be accurate anyway.0

After weighing my food for so long, I can pretty accurately eyeball portion sizes. If it's just one meal out, I wouldn't sweat it anyway.0

I don't think I'd ever do that. I usually research what restaurant I am going to, but if there's no info, I go anyway, do a rough estimate of calories, and maybe put in some extra effort in my workouts. :flowerforyou:0

uhhh i would but unfortunately my scale is glass and knowing my luck it would break in my purse lol0
