Bring a food scale out to a restaurant so you can make sure your calories are accurate?

Definitely not. I'm not even sure how much it would help as it's often what they cook things in and the sauces and stuff that make resturant meals so high cal (and delicious)

I would love to do it, but I will never do it... Unless I'm doing a sociology project

You are suppose to weigh the food before it is cooked so it would not be accurate anyway.

After weighing my food for so long, I can pretty accurately eyeball portion sizes. If it's just one meal out, I wouldn't sweat it anyway.

I don't think I'd ever do that. I usually research what restaurant I am going to, but if there's no info, I go anyway, do a rough estimate of calories, and maybe put in some extra effort in my workouts. :flowerforyou:
