    It sounds exciting. Just don't make the cruise your final goal. I did that last year. I wanted to lose weight for a vacation to California. I lost 25 pounds, had a great vacation, and then over the next six months gained almost everything back. So here I am again. Friend me if you want. I am 56, mother to 2 grown children and one Brittany Spaniel , grandmother of 4, and live in Owensboro, KY USA.

    I've been here two weeks today. I would like to lose 60 pounds, at the rate of a pound a week. Slow but steady. I didn't do this as a New Year's resolution (I always break them). I'm on here constantly either through the computer or the app on my phone. Add me if you like!
