I just came across these little nuggets of awesomeness. They come in delicious flavors such as coffee and caramel. 100 calories and 8 grams of protein. Tastes more like dessert than something good for you. Just a heads up to look for these on your next shopping visit. They are seriously good!

    I had the fig and orange one today, deliciousss!! The pineapple caramel is awesome as well.

    I found them at Target in the refridgerator section on an end display.

    The Caramel one has 12 grams of sugar.


    The only place I have seen them so far is wal mart.

    picked up 2 more packs. They are perfect for when I first wake up, just to get the energy in me.
