how to transfer iphone mfp app to mfp website?

Hi. I joined back in October and have lost 13 lbs. I log in daily through my phone but want the info of my weightloss to go on this website. Does anyone know how to collaborate them?

    You just log in to the website. It automatically syncs your information between the site and the app.

    i used my iphone app first. been using the phone app since October and just became a member on here about a week ago or so

    Your join date says Jan 2013, so you're not using the same account. You need to login to the website with the same username and password as on your iphone.
