Treadmill question

How much difference does it make calorie burning wise when you are walking on an incline on the treadmill rather than flat? When I punch in my speed here on MFP it does not give an option for using the incline...I appreciate any input thanks

I know on the treadmills the calorie counts are way different when you are at an incline.
