UGG... I am so embarrassed by these pics but so proud at the same time.
SW was 228
CW is 189
UGW is 140
Pants 20 to a 12/14
Shirt 2X to a L/XL
I have deleted over 21 inches off my body.
Started off by riding my mountain bike with my daughter and pretty soon we were riding 10 plus miles together... then rode my bike to work 26 mile round trip. LOVED IT.
I spin at the gym 3-4 days a week and just started using the machines a few weeks ago. WL has stalled and I think that its because I am gaining muscle.
I dont eat the best I do what I can.. Busy mom of 2 and a wife.... I AM LOVING LIFE>>>>
I still have a long way to go but i will get there.

I know that if I would buckle down and eat better I could be way closer to my UGW... This site is AMAZING. I have some of the best possible friends out there and I have never met them before. They keep me going everyday...
PROUD to be here and PROUD to show off my success so far...
1 thing that I think has helped me the most is I moved into my profile. I figured I got a while before my goal weight lets make this site fun and I did.. I have mini goals, some not even weight related... and as soon as I get up to a 5 lb loss I check that baby off.. Makes me want to keep pushing forward and I do. Having this site on my PC Phone and iPad is amazing..
I will admit I am a little obsessed with this site but I do not care.. Its better than sitting at home watching tv and thinking about a cheeseburger.
now I sit at home, stretch, run up and down the stairs and think how can I get a mini burn in.....
This is my journey, I am so happy so far and cant wait for the next 40 lbs to melt off.. I am almost half way there.

I love how you said "deleted" and not lost the weight. I usually say "released it" haha because when you "lose" something you usually want it back we dont want it back!!!
