I started with curves, and only ate 1200 calories a day, then I added zumba, dropped curves and started doing jillian michaels. I lost my first 40 lbs in about 4 months, and then it got slower as I got closer to my ideal weight0

I'm only 5'1, so as you can imagine...even 5 lbs is kind of a big deal on my frame lol0

also, I feel fantastic to lose this much, but I can also say i'm not done! Being only 5'1 I still have a few to go...at this point im starting Jillian Michaels Body revolution on Monday to lose anything else and really tone up. Im not even exactly sure what my "ideal weight" should be. Im shooting for about 110, but dont really care for the scale number so much as long as im not flabby and I look toned.0
