Flat stomach in 5 months.

I am 54 kg and i want a flat stomach. I dont really have a massive stomach at the moment but it's not completely flat and i have flab on it, so it kind of goes flat and then out. And when i sit down, i have a roll of fat which is a problem to wear a bakini in the summer on holiday or something, i always feel self concious. I work out almost everyday and follow my food diets, do you think i could have a flat stomach or close to it in 5 months? Help!

    There are certain foods and habits you always want to include everyday that help prevent stomach flab. I follow this plan religiously and have noticed a definite difference since starting about 4 weeks ago.

    Also, what i've noticed is that if you flex your abs while doing any exercise, cardio or strength training, that really does help in building sexy abs :)
