I've never been a calorie counter, but I'm willing to try MFP because it's free. Friends have recommended Weight Watchers, but it costs too much. I hope I can get to my target weight with MFP. Have you found this program easy and reliable to work with?

  • I do not know much about this site, but my doctor had recommended it for me.
  • you will not be disapointed its so good - ive tried everything over the years. Its simple really count what you put in your mouth. Educate yourself what to eat. Keep active. Do whateverit takes to keep motivated by including others. Its fun then

I love it! yeah, the calorie counting sometimes sucks but most ppl are supportive and helpful. The ones who are not just make me laugh! So a plus all around. I have done JC and have been on a diet my WHOLE life... This is much easier and helps me to be accountable to myself! Add me as a friend if you want. GL!

I loved the old weight watchers, but when I tried the new point system last year I hated it. I then found out about mfp and tried it out. I love it soooo much better than ww and I lost a lot of weight using this. Unfortunetly, I slacked over summer and stopped logging in and suddenly it's January and I am back to lose it again :P

I love Zumba and the fact that your an instructor shows that you definetly burn calories! Also, I am a homeschool mom also :)
