stuck this week

Hi

Tomorrow is my real weigh in day, but I just had a sneaky look...and I have stuck!

I haven't cheated and I have been doing exercise. It isn't TOTM.

I've had an especially difficult week with my Dad (he has terminal cancer) so my food has been more processed than I would like...but even so...

why do we sometimes stick despite being good?

    If you have had more processed food, you have probably had more sodium. Higher sodium = fluid retention which can mess with the scale weight,

    Sorry to hear about your dad. I had the same thing with my mother. Try not to focus too much on the scale as you do not need the additional stress right now. If you are eating at a deficit, you will be losing 'real' weight.

    its one week, dont worry about it, next week you will probably have lost. weight loss isnt linear...
