...to measure body fat percentage?

I've been told to get it done professionally at the gym using the pinch test, but other ways are to measure hips and wast and neck and wrist...

I know I have a high percentage, but might be nice to start measuring it to see if it goes down.

Having said that, been dieting and exercising since beginning of the year and my measurements have not changed, but I've lost weight!

DEXA scan or Bod Pod are the most accurate.

It's a really difficult thing to measure - no matter what you choose it'll only give you an idea.

I just use the calculated BMI. Nothing is perfect. I understand that BMI calcs are based on "average", and in reality, almost no one is "average". I don't even pay it any attention, except that each time that BMI comes down one percentage point, I count it as another success in the journey.

Otherwise, why bother with it? You know if you look and feel great. It's not about a number that someone says you need to know.
