Hi everyone, just looking for some kind words of encouragement... I started a new regime about three weeks ago... Hopped on the scales today as convinced I'd lost weight.. I haven't ..not a bean!
I'm exercising 6 days a week, training for a half marathon, and weight training. My calories are about 1800-1900 a day.. Am I eating too much?
I really need to lose weight and feel quite disheartened by no loss..so any kind words will be welcomed!

measure yourself as well... do your clothes fit better? you may well have lost inches.0

Starting or intensifying your workouts can make you retain water weight, so you might have lost and just replaced it with the water your body uses to repair muscle. Carry on, and like TavistockToad said, try measurements and check to see how your clothes fit.0

It sounds like you are doing an amazing amount of work and it must be frustrating to see no change the scales. Though hopefully you are beginning to feel healthier and fitter within yourself
I agree with the others about trying out the tape measure. You often see much better results than with the scales. x0
