New, on my 5th day on SBD

Hi there, I'm 43 mother to 5 put on weight and lost it too many times, now I need to have to lose it once and for all. My back is starting to hurt at in the evening. I weight approx 95kgs, need to lose at least 25. Have started the south beach diet, I'm on day 4 and feeling light headed. If you have menus for this diet I'll be delighted that you could share them with me.

Welcome to MyFitnessPal.
Just thought it'd give you the head's up, this isn't a diet! You can practically eat what you want if you wanted to, just have to stay in your calorie allowance! Thats how you lose weight. But if you look around the message boards, there's posts about healthy recipes and stuff you can snack on etc. To keep you going through the day, if you put yourself on a low calorie intake.
Anyway's, you'll reach your goal. Just need to be committed, motivated and ready for the battle! Look at the success stories, so many people have already achieved there goals by using MyFitnessPal. So can you.
