I need help with my fitness profile...

I'm having a hard time deciding if I fall under the sedentary or the light activity?

Here's a little detail, I'm a stay at home, I walk with my kids to and from school, its about a hours walk x 2 times a day(sometimes 3). I also do 30-60 Min's work out dvd every other day and stationary bike for 30-60 Min's a night. These items I track in my exercise log.
Now I don't count the everyday thinks like laundry, cleaning, making dinner and such on here, but I have tracked it with my hrm and its about a 1000 +cal aday.

I have been going off the sedentary profile and have came in under cal most of the time, but its been a struggle on the days that I haven't exercised.

any advice is very appreciated

    How about you enter your status as sedentary, and add your activities to the exercise column and see how it compares over time vs. light activity.
