Has anybody else noticed that if you have a hot drink like tea or hot cocoa in the evening then the scale weighs you as more the next day?

yes, it's because all the sugar within hot cocoa when you ingest it, isnt used efficiently, instead you to bed with all this sugar in you and your body has no idea what to do with it!
drinking hot cocoa at night is a BAD IDEA!
why not have hot drinks like green tea? peppermint? pretty much any herbal tea without sugar is 0-2 calories and gets rid of bloated-ness and trap wind!
no wind + no bloated-ness = flatter stomach!!!0 -
No, that's probably not why the scales weighed you more. Look at your other topic for the reasons why the scales say you are heavier, you've had some good responses :flowerforyou:0
