Treadmill Help!!

Hi! I have 3 kids under the age of 6, so finding time to work out can be tricky for me. I have about 20 minutes of a morning before the kids get up, about 30 mins during baby's naptime, and another hr-hr and half after kids go to bed to work out. I love using the treadmill early morning and before bed, and I try to do the wii fit or a pilates dvd during nap. I have really hit a plateau in weight loss. Wondered if anyone had any tips for shaking up the treadmill workouts without adding more time? Thanks!!!!

Shake it up a bit - instead of one of the treadmill workouts do "different" cardio - jump jacks, jump rope, run in place etc etc
Or on the treadmill do intervals of high speed/recover high speed/recover etc etc for the 20-30 minutes you have....0
