    I made a casserole this morning: hash browns, yogurt, mushrooms, eggs, ham, and cheese. It came out right at 356 calories for a full plate.

    I make my own breakfast sandwich - Wheat Sandwich thins, turkey bacon and egg beaters. Sometimes I will add Laughing cow cheese. Around 300 cals.
