so i am almost 2 weeks into working out and i was wondering if i would still be only loseing water weight because the last 2 days i have lost 2 pounds each day.. ive been up and down in 2 weeks i went down 7 pounds gaind the 7 back and now im back down 4 i kind of fee like im getting no where...

You can lose water weight at any point. It is really a factor of current hydration, recent sodium intake, and diuretics.
Focus on staying under calorie goal, hitting macros, and putting in quality workouts. The scale will move consistently down over weeks and months.
