Military Body Fat Percentage

Hi!
I used the military body fat calculator to work out my body fat % and I was just wondering what a healthy % loss would be on a weekly basis? In 2 weeks I have lost 3%, about 4inches on my neck, waist and hips but only 0.4lbs!

It depends on how much fat you have to lose. The lower you get, the slower it is.. but generally 1-2% a month.0

It's currently 17.8%, I have been looking for figures for the "ideal" MBF % but the only ones I have been able to find use the traditional method of calculating it which give a massively different result (24.65% bf and a 0.25% loss)0

Do you have abs?0

Something doesn't seem right. Why do you think you lost 3% BF in 2 weeks? That would be highly unusual if not unlikely. What did you do to supposedly accomplish that and what form of testing were you using? The Military BF calculator?0
