Hi, I was just wondering if you guys have any low calorie snacks or meals you'd like to share. I'm starting to run out of ideas and I could use some creativity. Thank you!

  • Hi, you can eat one Tangelo Orange with 12 almonds they make a 200 calories snack. Or you can find Greek Yogurt with or within flavor and mix it with some integral cookies, look at the nutricional info and wacht that the cookies amount doesn´t exceed 120 cal.

    San Choy Bau - high in protein and delicious
    Frittata's - you can put anything in them and they can be good snacks and meals with salad or vegies
