Somebody in my office, who I dont know, was passing by my desk, and stopped to say "have you lost weight?" I obviously said yes, and she replied.. "ya, looks like you have lost quite a bit, you look great!"
I am so happy right now, other people (family and friends) have commented on my weight loss, but they all know I am trying to loose weight.. so it feels like they are just saying it to be nice. This co-worker (dont even know her name) had no idea I am trying to loose weight!
