How do you take your T3/Cytomel?

I am raising my T3 from 1/2 a tab (2.5mcg) to a full tab (5mcg). I take my T4 at 6:30am and my 1/2 tab at 11am. Should I just take the whole tab at 11am or should I take half tab then and half tab in the afternoon? Does it make a difference?

    It really shouldn't matter when you take T3 as long as it's at least 30 minutes before you eat anything. Taking it with food will really mess up the amount that you absorb and it won't work as well. Just make sure to take it at the same time everyday, you can even take it with your Levothyroxine if you want.
