I'm curious....
Can someone please explain to me why we need to deal with 'truffles' (lovely chocolatey goodness) and 'truffles' (hello mister piggy, thanks for digging this up and letting me eat it)
When did we run out of names for things?

Not that Wikipedia is a great academic source, but I looked up chocolate truffles and got the following:Their name derives from the usual shape they take as the word 'truffle' derives from the Latin word tuber, meaning "swelling" or "lump", which later became tufer.
So apparently you can blame our Latin language roots.0
