Burning Question...

Does MFP count the calories you would have spent regardless according to your TDEE when you add in exersize?
For example, according to my TDEE I burn about 150 calories every two hours leading my normal teaching/driving/puttering around life. If I were to spend two of those hours strength training and enter in that info to MFP, should I subtract the 150 calories I had already aloted for myself, or does MFP already take my daily alloted calories and subtract the two hours average TDEE for me?
Thanks! I appreciate the knowlege keepers of My Fitness Pal helping me out on this!
