Hi, everyone. I'm new to the MyFitnessPal app. I've been working out for a year, but hadn't seen any resultant weight loss. I am finally starting to shed weight after tracking my food. Such a "duh" moment for me. "What do you mean, I can't eat whatever I want, just because I Jazzercise and weight train?" :P While I may not record everything religiously, it has helped me to really pay attention to what I eat. What an Aha! moment
