Hi everyone. I have a few slipped discs in my back and my facet joints are worn down to amlost nothing. It is very painful to even walk for a few minutes, let alone walking at a pace a length to be considered exercise. does anyone have any tips? Iv tried taking Codiene before hand but it hardly touches the pain. I have seen a neuro surgeon in the past and he wanted to inject stuff into my spine but I dont like the riscs involved. I have tried pushing through the pain but it is just unbearable. Its hurts when I breathe or move any part of my body when im trying to exercise... Any advice would be appreciated...
