I've been getting a lot of support on here the last few weeks & I am so happy to know that I've got people like you to turn to when I need someone to talk to.
After these last few weeks I've had a lot of questions to ask, thing such as;
1. Do I need to eat healthy to loose weight or count my calorie intake?
2. Do I need to exercise to loose weight
3. Will weight lifting make me bulky
4. Am I eating too much or too little?
& so many more questions....
I get so many different replies & answers, I'm aware every person is different and different things work for different people but, I've come to a conclusion which I think is the best way I'll loose weight so this is what I am going to try and hope it works.
From 10+ women I've spoken to, they've all said the same thing, they eat 1500 + calories and work out and the weight drops off them, they've all been where I've been - trying to eat 1200 kcal or less a day and they agreed, it depresses you.
Firstly, I will count my calorie intake and I will rise my calorie intake to 1300 calories a day. I will eat more vegetables, clean meats and more fruits whilst drinking more water than I currently am. Do lots of cardio intervals and work on strength. I will buy some weights to do when I am at home also.
I will not deny myself of any food I might crave, I just wont eat them a lot of the time. I will not stop eating foods that I enjoy because I know it will depress me and I will give in and binge.
I believe this plan will work out for me. What plans work for you?
