Which foods' nutritional values have surprised you?

I admit that before I started on my plan to get healthier, I didn't take much notice of nutritional information. As I began tracking on here i've been really surprised by the reality of some foods' content!
What about you?
My examples would be:
1 - just how much fat is in nuts, particularly brazil nuts (and if that's the plain ones, I dread to think about the choc-coated ones!!)
2 - how much sugar is in some cereals

The most shocking for me was ramen noodles. It might be regarded as dorm room food or a poor man's meal but I use to enjoy ramen every once in awhile. What I didn't know was that one brick of noodles is actually 2 servings and totals to 380 calories, 14g fat, 1320mg sodium, and 52g of carbs. Good way to throw off your meal plan for the rest of the day!0

I was really surprised by kumquats. They're so small, so tart, and mostly peel...I figured very few calories. Wrong! I'm better off with a clementine.
And then, persimmons (which taste really sweet to me) just aren't bad at all; a mere 32 calories.0
