Hi All -

I'm new here....

I'm a mother of 2 (7yo and 4mo) that works full-time. I have limited time and patience (to be completely honest). I love my curviness (sp?) but the extra weight has got to go! I workout about 3x a week for now and I've been keeping a pretty good calorie deficit going by eating pretty healthy.

Is it possible to lose weight and keep a healthy amount of my curves? I know it sounds like a dumb question... But I am genuinely curious.
