I was reading another message and it seemed to be that many people were concerned about eating their workout calories and eating too few so, I thought I would share my experience with you.

I started myfitnesspal religiously in August. I went from eating about 3000 calories a day to eating 1400 calories a day all within 24 hours. I lost weight at first but then it started dying off. I looked many many things up and talked to my doctor and here I was eating too few calories. For my height and weight I should be eating around 1710 calories a day but after everyweek I am supposed to drop by about 10 calories at the end of everyweek and so on. It is helping already. I lost 2 pounds in this first week, eating the 1710 calories. I was actually recommended to a website that will tell you how much you need to eat.

I am not telling you to start eating like a cow but maybe if you arent losing like you should be you may want to check into this.

:)

Good luck!
