In desperate need of help?!?!

My name is Megan,Im almost 24 & have a beautiful healthy amlost 5yr old son who I want to be a healthier person for. Growing up I was always the too skinny person at my height is always just seemed bad. Well when I got pregant i gained almost 90lbs & had lost 60 after having him, here i am now working a call center job,not being active & im back to where I was when I had my son & I HATE it. Its hard to stay focus on a diet & work out a lot being a single mother. Im not sure of what meals that are actually going to be good for me & thats my issue.If anyone could help with some recipes or things I could eat while working or even simple exercises I could possibly do while caring for a wild child
lol..please I want to be as much dedicated to this as possible! I heard about this app & hoping I can get the results I want from it! Please helppp THANK YOU!!
